Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & scope

By using the nursery management platform («the Platform»), you agree to these terms. They apply to owners, staff, parents, and any user granted access.

If you use the Platform on behalf of an institution, you confirm you have authority to bind that institution to these terms.

2. Account & security

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or child-data risk.

3. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are subject to prices and limits shown at signup. Prices may change with prior notice per billing policy.

Non-payment may lead to restricted access or suspension after a reasonable grace period.

مفت آزمائشی مدت کے دوران آپ کسی بھی وقت بغیر کسی چارج کے سبسکرپشن منسوخ کر سکتے ہیں — آزمائش مکمل طور پر مفت ہے۔

آزمائش ختم ہونے اور پہلے بلنگ سائیکل کے شروع ہونے کے بعد، سبسکرپشن منتخب سائیکل کے مطابق پیشگی بل ہوتی ہے۔ بلنگ مدت شروع ہونے کے بعد اس مدت کی ادا شدہ فیس حتمی اور ناقابل واپسی ہے۔

جاری بلنگ سائیکل میں غیر استعمال شدہ وقت کے لیے نقد واپسی، کریڈٹ یا تناسبی ایڈجسٹمنٹ نہیں دی جائے گی۔

بلنگ شروع ہونے کے بعد منسوخی صرف اگلے سائیکل کی خودکار تجدید روکتی ہے؛ فعال مدت کی فیس واپس نہیں ہوتی۔

موجودہ مدت کی واپسی کی درخواستیں تبھی قبول ہوں گی جب لاگو قانون واضح طور پر مطالبہ کرے۔

4. Permitted use

The Platform is for legitimate nursery operations only. Abuse, hacking attempts, or unauthorized automated data extraction are prohibited.

Child and family data remain owned by the subscribing nursery; we process it as a technical service provider per the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, UI, and technical content are owned by EVYNUM or its licensors. Subscription does not grant resale, copy, or reverse-engineering rights.

6. Termination & changes

You may cancel per controls in the dashboard. We may update these terms by publishing a new version; continued use constitutes acceptance.
