Content entered by institutions is their responsibility. We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from use of the Platform. Total liability is capped per the applicable subscription agreement.

4. Subscription payments & no refunds

During the free trial period, no fees are charged and you may cancel at any time without charge.

After recurring billing begins, platform and subscription fees grant a license to use the Service for the prepaid billing period only; they do not constitute a deposit or refundable balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that no refund shall be due for amounts paid for the current, active, or already-commenced subscription billing cycle, except where mandatory applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
