Children's Data Protection

1. Our commitment

We treat children's data with the highest sensitivity. The nursery is the data controller; we act as a technical processor within permissions.

2. What may be collected

May include: name, class, attendance, educational photos, health records, and daily activities — per nursery settings and parental consent.

3. Access & permissions

Access is role-based (teacher, parent, admin). Sensitive access may be audit-logged when enabled.

The child portal shows limited, safe content without admin data access.

4. Parental consent

The nursery is responsible for obtaining legally required consent before uploading children's photos or health data.
