To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from use of the Platform. Total liability is capped per the applicable subscription agreement.

4. Subscription payments & no refunds

Na medida permitida por lei, reconhece que não há direito a reembolso de valores pagos do ciclo de faturação atual, salvo obrigação legal expressa.
