1. Acceptance & scope
By using the nursery management platform («the Platform»), you agree to these terms. They apply to owners, staff, parents, and any user granted access.
If you use the Platform on behalf of an institution, you confirm you have authority to bind that institution to these terms.
2. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or child-data risk.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are subject to prices and limits shown at signup. Prices may change with prior notice per billing policy.
Non-payment may lead to restricted access or suspension after a reasonable grace period.
Durante il periodo di prova gratuito puoi annullare l'abbonamento in qualsiasi momento senza costi — la prova è completamente gratuita.
Dopo la fine della prova e l'inizio del primo ciclo di fatturazione, gli abbonamenti sono fatturati in anticipo secondo il ciclo scelto. Una volta iniziato un periodo di fatturazione, le tariffe pagate per quel periodo sono definitive e non rimborsabili.
Non verranno emessi rimborsi in contanti, crediti o adeguamenti proporzionali per il tempo non utilizzato del ciclo in corso.
La cancellazione dopo l'inizio della fatturazione interrompe solo il rinnovo automatico del ciclo successivo, senza rimborso del periodo attivo.
Le richieste di rimborso per il periodo corrente non saranno accettate salvo obbligo di legge applicabile.
4. Permitted use
The Platform is for legitimate nursery operations only. Abuse, hacking attempts, or unauthorized automated data extraction are prohibited.
Child and family data remain owned by the subscribing nursery; we process it as a technical service provider per the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Platform, branding, UI, and technical content are owned by EVYNUM or its licensors. Subscription does not grant resale, copy, or reverse-engineering rights.
6. Termination & changes
You may cancel per controls in the dashboard. We may update these terms by publishing a new version; continued use constitutes acceptance.
