1. Acceptance & scope
By using the nursery management platform («the Platform»), you agree to these terms. They apply to owners, staff, parents, and any user granted access.
If you use the Platform on behalf of an institution, you confirm you have authority to bind that institution to these terms.
2. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or child-data risk.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are subject to prices and limits shown at signup. Prices may change with prior notice per billing policy.
Non-payment may lead to restricted access or suspension after a reasonable grace period.
Pendant la période d'essai gratuite, vous pouvez annuler votre abonnement à tout moment sans frais — l'essai est entièrement gratuit.
Après la fin de l'essai et le début du premier cycle de facturation, les abonnements sont facturés à l'avance selon le cycle choisi. Une fois un cycle commencé, les frais payés pour ce cycle sont définitifs et non remboursables.
Aucun remboursement, crédit ou ajustement au prorata ne sera accordé pour le temps non utilisé du cycle en cours.
L'annulation après le début de la facturation arrête uniquement le renouvellement automatique du cycle suivant, sans remboursement du cycle actif.
Les demandes de remboursement du cycle en cours ne seront pas acceptées sauf si la loi applicable l'exige expressément.
4. Permitted use
The Platform is for legitimate nursery operations only. Abuse, hacking attempts, or unauthorized automated data extraction are prohibited.
Child and family data remain owned by the subscribing nursery; we process it as a technical service provider per the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Platform, branding, UI, and technical content are owned by EVYNUM or its licensors. Subscription does not grant resale, copy, or reverse-engineering rights.
6. Termination & changes
You may cancel per controls in the dashboard. We may update these terms by publishing a new version; continued use constitutes acceptance.
