1. Acceptance & scope
By using the nursery management platform («the Platform»), you agree to these terms. They apply to owners, staff, parents, and any user granted access.
If you use the Platform on behalf of an institution, you confirm you have authority to bind that institution to these terms.
2. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or child-data risk.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are subject to prices and limits shown at signup. Prices may change with prior notice per billing policy.
Non-payment may lead to restricted access or suspension after a reasonable grace period.
Durante el período de prueba gratuito, puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento sin cargo alguno: la prueba es totalmente gratuita.
Tras finalizar la prueba e iniciarse el primer ciclo de facturación, las suscripciones se facturan por adelantado según el ciclo elegido. Una vez iniciado un período de facturación, las tarifas pagadas por ese período son definitivas y no reembolsables.
No se emitirán reembolsos en efectivo, créditos ni ajustes prorrateados por el tiempo no utilizado del ciclo en curso.
La cancelación tras el inicio de la facturación solo detiene la renovación automática del siguiente ciclo y no da derecho a reembolso del período activo.
No se aceptarán solicitudes de reembolso del período actual salvo que la ley aplicable lo exija expresamente.
4. Permitted use
The Platform is for legitimate nursery operations only. Abuse, hacking attempts, or unauthorized automated data extraction are prohibited.
Child and family data remain owned by the subscribing nursery; we process it as a technical service provider per the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Platform, branding, UI, and technical content are owned by EVYNUM or its licensors. Subscription does not grant resale, copy, or reverse-engineering rights.
6. Termination & changes
You may cancel per controls in the dashboard. We may update these terms by publishing a new version; continued use constitutes acceptance.
