The Platform is operated by EVYNUM. We protect user privacy and child data processed on behalf of subscribing nurseries.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, role, login history.

Operational data: attendance, diaries, messages, invoices, health records, bus routes — as entered by the institution.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, security and audit logs.

3. Purpose & legal basis

We process data to provide the service, authenticate users, support, improve security, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing.

4. Third parties

We may use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, email, payments) under confidentiality and data-minimization agreements.

We may disclose data when legally required or to protect users and children.

5. Retention & deletion

Data is retained for the subscription term and a reasonable period after for backup and compliance. Institutions may request export or deletion per available procedures.
